Day 1

We will depart by private boat to explore the beautiful island of Espiritu Santo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There, we will experience for the first time the sea that Jacques Cousteau called "the aquarium of the world". After an hour of sailing, we will arrive at a colony of playful sea lions that often interact with bathers, swimming around them with curiosity. You can snorkel among coral reefs teeming with colourful tropical fish. On the way back, you can gaze at dolphins and swim with the whale sharks that stay in the bay of La Paz for most of the year.

ATELIER DELPHINE LÈRISSON

Delphine Lérisson will share with the group how ancient Mexican wisdom can help us in this. As we relax on one of Mexico's most beautiful beaches, she will deepen the exchange around Toltec wisdom, explaining the fundamentals of The Four Agreements (written by Don Miguel Ruiz). These are transformative principles for changing the way we speak to ourselves and relate to the world around us, to be used throughout this journey.

Day 2

We will depart for Loreto on the legendary Highway 1. During our journey we will make several stops at particularly evocative places, where we can admire the grandeur of the desert, the ancient canyons carved by rivers and the beauty of centuries-old cacti.

In the early afternoon we will arrive at one of the most beautiful bays in Baja California, where you can join in a group meditation around the fire. At the end of this workshop, we will leave for Loreto, which is not far away.

In Agua Verde we will explore the power of attention, intention, and the importance of our words to shape our lives., We will connect with our bodies in a playful way, listening to the resonance of what we say to ourselves and what we share with those around us. Also, the beauty of the beach offers a perfect place to connect to the strength contained in our emotions and dance with them.

Day 3

On the third day we will head north into the heart of Baja California. We will visit the enchanting beaches of Bahia Concepcion and its tongues of sand that jut out into the sea. We will pass through Santa Rosalia, an old colonial town. We will continue through a beautiful valley with centenary cacti.

In the evening, we will be in San Ignacio, a small town that has been developed around an oasis. Built on volcanic soil, it is the ancient home of the Cochimi Indians. It is also home to an important mission founded by the Jesuits in 1728, the year that marked the arrival of Spanish settlers to the town.

ATELIER DELPHINE LÈRISSON

A workshop on the importance of dreams in ancient Mexican folklore. In the Toltec culture, the world of dreams is very important. Thus, it is said that we are each in our own dream as we share the dream of the planet. We will explore how the four agreements help us to make our dream a paradise. Also, we will explore some of the hypnotic practices that transport us to our inner world.

Dat 4

In the morning, we will visitat San Ignacio Lagoon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and sanctuary for grey whales Eschiritius Robustus. This day will be dedicated to getting to know these marvellous cetaceans that live in the lagoon while they reproduce and give birth to their calves. The relationship between humans and these mammals is amazing, and sometimes the familiarity and trust becomes great enough to allow physical contact.
We will witness the ballet of the whales as they come up to play with the people on the expedition.

In the afternoon we will explore part of the lagoon and then return to camp. In the evening, we will take advantage of the power of this exceptional site and the presence of the whales in the vicinity to offer a group bonding workshop.

ATELIER DELPHINE LÈRISSON

The San Ignacio Lagoon site invites us to connect with the loving silence and inner wisdom that lives within our hearts. The history of the place gives us the opportunity to embrace and heal our emotional wounds. For this reason, we will make a circle of forgiveness. We will include the whales, nature, and the indigenous peoples who lived on the Mexican peninsula before colonisation.

Day 5

In the morning we will go out for a second boat trip to meet these wonderful cetaceans. We will then return to camp for lunch.

In the early afternoon we will head south through beautiful desert valleys. An ancient roadway will take us to a riverside village, where we will camp for the night. You can explore the green oasis that rises around the river and refresh yourself in the cool spring water.

In this special place, we will gather around and experience the power of stories, tall tales and mythology. How to use them and put them at our service to write our own legends. In a creative and playful way, we will continue to rediscover the power of words and their magic.

Day 6

The day will be devoted to a boat trip in Magdalena Bay, where we will be able to admire whales, colonies of cormorants and sea lions. We will also visit the immense dunes of the island that form a barrier with the Pacific Ocean. The majesty of the places we visit will be, throughout the trip, an opportunity for each of us to resonate with exuberant nature outside and our best selves inside.

After lunch, we will head south to return to La Paz.

From the natural elements present, we will strive to add beauty to beauty. The changing nature of the place guarantees the ephemeral aspect of our creation. The elements are often of an exceptional nature and many are protected, so the only memory we can take away from our creation will be the happiness of having participated in it and possibly some photos.

Day 7

In the morning, after breakfast, we will take an unforgettable boat excursion to observe the whale sharks that reside in the waters of La Paz at this time of the year. You can snorkel and enjoy swimming in the water.

In the afternoon, we will go to the Pacific Ocean to watch the sunset and, in this special place, we will spend some time in a workshop with Delphine.

Transported by the power of the Pacific Ocean, we will explore the strength of the elements in our bodies and relate them to the four Toltec agreements. We will dance air, fire, water and earth so that their teachings and their transformative power become part of us.

Day 8

We leave La Paz to explore the southern part of the Sierra de Guadalupe, crossing beautiful valleys characterised by multi-coloured granite formations. Then we continue north towards the blue Sea of Cortez, along ancient rivers and waterfalls.

Finally, we arrive at a beautiful deserted beach of fine white sand, where we can snorkel. We will camp for the night under the stars. We will take advantage of the place to experience a time of workshop together and open ourselves to our potential to receive the wisdom contained in the unseen.

Open to our capacity to receive the wisdom contained in the unseen. We will spend the night under the stars, experience and observe the cycle of day and night once again as we approach the end of our stay in Baja. We will return to the importance of cycles in ancient Mexican wisdom as well as their importance in respecting the feminine principle in each of us. We take advantage of the majesty of the place to open ourselves to our capacity to receive the wisdom contained in the unseen through guided meditation.

Day 9

We will leave Sierra Guadalupe behind us and approach La Paz along the dirt roads that border the ocean. We will visit a beautiful deserted beach on the Pacific where we can cool off in the sometimes tranquil, sometimes powerful ocean waters, depending on the wind and tides.

In the afternoon we will be back in La Paz.

Before leaving the camp in Sierra Guadalupe, on the last day in Baja, we will meet to discuss the benefits of the trip for each and every one, reflecting on how the experiences of the last few days can enhance our lives. We will share our intentions for the coming days or months.
